In 1933, O.C. Harms founded Colonial Tabernacle Church in Long Beach, California. His passion and plan of ministry included sending hundreds of equipped men and women into ministry. As Colonial Tabernacle continued growing under his gifted leadership, branch churches began in cities throughout California and the Pacific Northwest.
Grace Intl. was birthed in response to the growing number of ministries and ministers who wanted and needed a central organization to connect them all together. Since that time the Grace Intl. has coordinated and facilitated the growth of new churches here in the United States and in a number of foreign fields.
